We do not accept cancellations or exchanges. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the case of faulty product.
In the case of faulty product please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and details. We will try to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

Are polymer clay earrings heavy?
Polymer clay is extremely lightweight! A single quarter weighs 6 grams and most of our earrings are around the same weight per pair!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible based on the following processing times:
Earrings (3-5 business days)
T-Shirts (10-12 business days)
Other items (varying times will be detailed in product listing)
*orders containing varying items will ship altogether, based on the longer processing time frame.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

Our products are handmade by me, Sarah, in North Carolina.
Materials are sourced from local small businesses when possible.
